Why should I work with you?

As a certified Nutrition Coach and recovered yo-yo dieter, I don’t just bring science and structure, I bring understanding. I use coaching in its highest form to help you stop starting over and finally feel in control of your health.

What exactly is Clarity Coaching?

Clarity Coaching is my signature coaching experience. It’s designed for women who want structure without restriction, and support that goes deeper than food rules. You’ll get a personalized roadmap, weekly 1:1 coaching, and real tools to help you eat better, feel better, and stay consistent, even when life gets busy.


Do I get a meal plan or just coaching?

With Clarity Coaching, you won’t get a strict meal plan — and that’s on purpose. Meal plans are restrictive and often leave you stuck when “real life” happens. They don’t teach you anything.


Instead, I teach you how to build your plate with confidence. You’ll get meal inspiration, snack guides, protein-rich food lists, and simple recipes tailored to your lifestyle. We plan together so you’re never guessing but you’re always learning.


What makes this different from other weight loss programs?

This isn’t a crash diet, reset, or 30-day challenge. It’s a coaching program built around you. I don’t just tell you what to do, I teach you how to make it work in your world. This is about long-term change, not temporary success.


What if I’m taking Ozempic® or another GLP-1 medication?

You're not alone — and yes, I can absolutely support you.


Many of my clients are using medications like Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, or Wegovy® as part of their weight loss journey. But here’s the truth: the medication is only one piece of the puzzle. Without the right nutrition, strength strategy, and mindset support, it's easy to lose the wrong kind of weight or struggle to maintain your results when the medication stops.

Yes. In fact, you should. I’ll help you understand how to enjoy the foods you love while still making progress. No good vs. bad labels here — just better choices, balance, and flexibility.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Just one virtual coaching session per week — about 30 to 40 minutes. Everything else is built around your schedule. We work on making your habits and meals fit your life, not take it over.
