Hi, I’m Elisa!
— Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach and former yo-yo dieter.
I spent years chasing every reset, cleanse, and quick fix I could find. Sometimes they worked… for a little while. But nothing ever stuck. And every time I “failed,” I blamed myself.
The turning point came when I stopped asking “What’s wrong with me?” and started asking “What’s actually going on here?”
That question led me to study behaviour change, nutrition science, and mindset psychology. I became a certified Nutrition Coach and trained in Solution-Focused Coaching through the University of Toronto.
But more importantly, I started healing my own relationship with food, movement, and my body.
And when I saw how powerful that shift was, I knew I had to help other women do the same.
